SDGs and climate change:
poverty increases vulnerability to climate change.
improving resilience to global warming : HOW > BY making our cities sustainable, setting up better sanitation facilities, system-wide energy efficiency, reducing consumption, making drinking water and energy services accessible to all.
CC is hard to predict in India. Why ? because of monsoon variability.
